Pogo is an ordering portal built for durable medical equipment suppliers. Clinics, hospitals, and agencies place orders through the supplier’s own branded portal — or through an order form on the supplier’s website or a link the supplier shares. As the order is built, Pogo validates it against Medicare’s Local Coverage Determination rules for that equipment category, across 32 categories. The ordering provider signs electronically, and Pogo generates the Standard Written Order — and, when one is needed, the ABN on the official CMS-R-131 form.

Built for handling patient information
Pogo handles Protected Health Information as a HIPAA Business Associate and signs a Business Associate Agreement with every supplier. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per tenant at the database level, and every access is logged.
Pogo is not an electronic health record system — it works alongside one.

Do my referral sources need an account?
No. Put the order form on your website, or share a Quick Order link, and they order without creating an account. Referral sources who order often can have full accounts on your branded portal — you invite them, or they register themselves.
Does Pogo connect to my DME software?
Yes. On Pogo Pro, we deliver each accepted order, with its documents, to your system by SFTP or a signed HTTPS push. On Pogo Grow, we connect Pogo directly to the DME software you already run — NikoHealth, Brightree, and others. Either way, we set the connection up with you during onboarding.
What equipment categories are supported?
32, covering wheelchairs, mobility, respiratory, sleep apnea, wound care, nutrition, orthotics, prosthetics, urological, ostomy, and more. 30 include built-in Local Coverage Determination validation.
What documents does it generate?
The Standard Written Order, the ABN on the official CMS-R-131 form, and the Stock & Bill order form where applicable — plus a Progress Note summarizing the provider’s answers, which the provider reviews and signs. It supports the provider’s own chart note and never replaces it.
How does signing work?
The ordering provider signs — either on screen at the point of care, or from their own signature queue. Their NPI is verified. Changing the provider on a signed order voids the signature and the documents automatically.
Do I pay for orders I decline?
No. You only pay for orders you accept. Submissions, declines, and drafts are free.
How does Pogo handle patient information?
Pogo operates as a HIPAA Business Associate and signs a Business Associate Agreement with every supplier.
Is Pogo an EHR?
No. It works alongside your existing systems. Pogo sits between your referral sources and your fulfilment process, and hands you a complete, signed, documented order.

How do I sign up?
Create your account online and choose your plan — no credit card required. We review new supplier accounts before opening the portal, then set your catalog up with you.
How does billing work?
We invoice you. There’s no card on file and nothing charged automatically. You’re billed for the orders you accepted that month, plus your plan fee if you’re on Pro or Grow.
