How it works
Pogo is an ordering portal built for durable medical equipment suppliers. Clinics, hospitals, and agencies place orders through the supplier’s own branded portal — or through a link or an order form embedded in their own website. As the order is built, Pogo validates it against Medicare’s Local Coverage Determination rules for that equipment category, across 32 categories. The ordering provider signs electronically, and Pogo generates the Standard Written Order, Progress Note, and ABN on the official CMS forms.
